AX-Pax is a small but powerful pocket sized personal amplifier for guitar or any other electrified instrument. Practice anywhere in complete isolation so only you can hear your playing: all in high fidelity, and with enough power to simulate a real world environment.
AX-PAX is perfect for the professional musician on the road or for anyone who needs to practice where the use of a large speaker amplifier can't be used because of the volume. If you have small children and can't practice at night when they are asleep, or want to practice at the park, or during lunchtime at work, or anywhere else for that matter, the Macro Electronics AX-PAX is the perfect solution for your private practicing needs; any time of the day or night.

How AX-PAK works: It's Simple- Plug and Play.
AX-PAX was developed by MACRO ELECTRONICS to showcase its "True Sound" technology.
Simply plug your 1/4 inch guitar or electrified instrument signal lead into the "GUITAR" input jack of the AX-PAX and it automatically turns on; then plug in your headphones using the standard stereo 3.5 MM jack of AX-PAX and you're ready to go!
Use the volume and tone controls of your instrument to adjust your listening level.
Even with a small size, (4.2" x 2.8" x 1.1") we created an audio powerhouse featuring:
- (2) power operation levels: Lower (9V) 1 Battery; Higher (18V) 2 Battery
- Super High output power capacity: (20W instantaneous peak) @18V
- An extra wide Bandwidth of 100KHZ for "True-Sound" recreation
- Extra low noise output (HISS)
- No adjustment potentiometers for volume/tone to wear out
- NO ON/OFF SWITCH TO BREAK!
Designed for daily use and long lasting durability we included:
Strong metallic belt clip on the back (it goes where you go)
Auto TURN-ON with guitar lead insertion into Ax-Pax
Auto TURN-OFF with guitar lead removal from Ax-Pax
All driven by 1 or 2 standard 9VDC batteries for an incredible sound!
